Hi Anna! The Sonic the Hedgehog Hooded Costume runs slightly large so for a 4/5 I'd suggest an Xsmall, but I'd also suggest checking the size chart to be sure since every kiddo is different!Q: My son is usually a size 7 in clothing. (Medium) but he's 47" tall. Is the large or XL a better idea? Also, are the feet attached to the body suit?
